1. What We Collect

Account information you provide (name, username, email, and for creators, payout details); content you upload (video clips, photos, captions, and their metadata such as player names, sports, and locations); transaction records for purchases and payouts; and basic technical data needed to operate the Service (log data, device/browser type, and session cookies).

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not sell personal information. We do not store full payment card numbers — payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Information

To operate the marketplace (hosting clips, processing orders, paying creators); to send transactional messages such as receipts and order updates, plus optional notifications you control in your dashboard; to publish content to social platforms you explicitly connect; and to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

4. Connected Social Platforms

If you connect a social account (such as Facebook, X, or TikTok), we store the access credentials that platform issues so we can publish on your behalf when you ask us to. We publish only content you select, never automatically. You can disconnect a platform at any time, and you can also revoke our access from the platform's own settings. Data received from each platform is used only to provide the publishing feature and is never sold or used for advertising.

5. Content Involving Minors

Sports clips often feature youth athletes. Content must be uploaded by adults with authority over it (parents, guardians, schools, or team staff), and uploaders are responsible for having appropriate permissions. We respond promptly to removal requests from parents or guardians at the contact below. The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

6. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and social platforms you connect), with media organizations only to the extent of fulfilling licenses you sell them, and where required by law.

7. Retention & Security

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as required for legal and tax purposes. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Access credentials for connected platforms are stored server-side and never exposed to other users.

8. Your Choices

You can update profile information in your dashboard, control notification preferences, ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, and request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the Service with a new effective date.
